We offer health, life, dental, accidental, critical care, and hospital indemnity coverage for individuals under the age of 65. We work for you to help you find the best coverage at a price that you can afford - all without requiring your personal information. There is no need to share email or other personal information with us until you've selected your plans and are ready to apply.

  • If you're not sure what type of coverage you're looking for, click the Home button and select from the product categories listed. When you're ready to see plans, click the View All button.
  • If you are ready to get started and see some prices, click Get a Quote from the menu bar above. We will only ask you for date of birth, gender, zip code and tobacco usage for each person you want to cover.
  • You can choose View All Plans or select Help Me Choose a Plan if you still need a little help.
Compare Plans and Benefits

After you've entered your information on the "Get Quote" page, you'll want to start by reviewing plans and comparing plan benefits and prices.

  • Once you've found a plan that you're comfortable with and can afford, simply click Add to Cart. You can continue shopping or checkout on the Shopping Cart.
  • The "Initial Premium" price displayed on the shopping cart is an estimated monthly premium for every applicant you entered on the Get Quote page. When you finish the application, you will be required to submit an initial payment before you submit your application.
  • Click Checkout to create a secure account and begin the application process. If you'd rather speak to an agent or apply over the phone, give us a call and we'll be happy to assist you.
Register & Apply

After you click checkout on the Shopping Cart, you will be directed to a registration page to create your secure account. If you are a current member, you should call your current agent to add or change your product. If you don't have an agent, just call the number on our website and we'll be happy to assist you.

  • If this is the first time you've registered with this site, click "First Time User" and enter the required information. We'll ask you to create a password and user ID.
  • Once you've completed registration, you'll be directed to the "My Account" page to complete the application process.
  • You'll complete an application for each product you selected in your Shopping Cart and submit a payment for each application. At any time, you can click the Finish Later button on the application or give us a call if you need any help.

To check the status of your application, you will access your My Account page:

  • Visit www.bcbsfl.com,
  • Click the Login button at the top of the page
  • Select Applicant, then Insurance Applicant
  • In the Sign-In section, enter your username and password
